NATCA has contracted with S. Harman & Associates, Inc. to provide retirement information to our bargaining unit members.

S. Harman & Associates, Inc. was established in 1985 with a mission of providing retirement benefit information to Federal civilian employees. We do not sell insurance or financial services, we educate.


We have developed materials specifically for Air Traffic Controllers which explain the features of the Federal retirement program, choices that can be made at retirement and the impact of those choices on the retirees, their spouses and potential survivor spouses.  For NATCA members who are not in an Air Traffic Controller position, much of this information is also applicable.


 
Saundra K. Harman is the President and Founder of S. Harman & Associates, Inc. (founded 1985) and, as such, is involved in the development, marketing and presentation of employee benefits and employee relations training courses and seminars.
